salam sabtu semua...
cuti-cuti nie, mesti ramai jengguk-jenguk ke dapur. Hari lain, bukanlah xjenggung, cuma kadang-kadang tak berapa rajin. apa menu cuti hari nie? ada yang nak masak ikan keli? meh saya nak cite sikit tentang ikan keli....
Dulu klu cik hubby nak makan ikan keli, saya yg paling tak suka sangat. sebab pe... sebab saya geli nak siang dia. yelah, dia kan de lendir-lendir... tu yang buat saya malas sangat. sebab saya tak tau nak siang.
tiap kali nak makan ikan keli, tiap kali lah...cik hubby yang siang. sian dia.
Bila baca blog kak cery dia basuh ikan keli guna basic H, saya pada mula-mulanya ragu. tapi bila fikir kesian kat cik hubby... saya pun mulalah try. pe yang saya buat.
1. mula-mula rendam ikan tu dengan basic H. tak yah banyak-banyak basic H tu. 2-3 titik je.
2. pas dah rendam tu, biarkan dulu. buatlah keja-kerja lain.
3. pas tu basuh macam ikan biasa. masa saya ambik ikan nie, dah tak de lendir-lendir. klu de pun sikit je. jadi senanglah keja saya :)
jadi lepas nie, klu nak makan ikan keli tak payah lah tunggu cik hubby. sebab boleh basuh sendiri :). cik hubby leh tolong makan je...
nielah rupa basic H yang saya guna. banyak kegunaannya nie. mesti ada di rumah.

WAH... BESTNYA OMEGA GUARD!!!! BOLEH BAKAR LEMAK....
Salam semua.... lama dah tak menulis dalam blog nie. saya masih ada lagi. cuma bercuti dari menulis blog. terima kasih kepada yang PM bertanyakan produk. :)
